I have 5+ years of both professional and hobbyist experience troubleshooting hardware and software, building and maintaining websites, managing content platforms, and helping people navigate the ever-changing world of technology. Whether it’s one-on-one guidance, step-by-step training, or simply explaining things in plain language, my goal has always been to help people feel more confident with the tools they use every day.

I started just-in.tech because I noticed a gap. Big corporations can hire large IT firms — but what about the everyday user? The local shop owner? The creator running a business from home? Over the years, friends and family often called on me to set up internet equipment, troubleshoot laptops and desktops, or walk them through tricky software issues. I realized this was what I loved doing — solving problems, simplifying tech, and making sure people felt supported.

Now, I’ve turned that passion into a business so I can extend that same help to more people.
