1. What types of devices do you work on?
I work with Windows PCs, MacBooks, and Linux devices. That includes desktops, laptops, and most common peripherals like printers, routers, and external drives. If it’s something I don’t normally handle, I’ll let you know up front and point you in the right direction.
2. Do you work with both individuals and businesses?
Yes. I help everyday tech users, small businesses, and anyone who needs clear, reliable tech support. Whether it’s one person with a laptop or a small office with multiple devices, I can help.
3. Can you help with something that’s not listed on your Services page?
Absolutely — even if it’s not listed, feel free to reach out. I’m always happy to see if or how I can help, or at least guide you to someone who can.
4. Do you provide remote tech support?
Yes. Many issues can be handled over the phone, by email, or with a secure remote connection. If the problem requires in-person service, we can schedule a time for me to come out.
5. Do you build custom websites from scratch or only use website builders?
I work with website builders like Squarespace, Wix, and WordPress for most projects. For one-page custom sites or small-scale projects, I can build from scratch. If your project requires advanced custom coding or a large-scale development team, I’ll help you find the right fit.
6. How do you charge for your services?
Most work is billed at an hourly rate, with some jobs offered at a flat rate depending on the scope. Before any work begins, I’ll give you a clear estimate so there are no surprises.
7. Do you offer free consultations or estimates?
Yes — I offer free initial conversations to understand your needs and see if I’m the right fit for your project. From there, I can provide a clear estimate before we start.
8. What are your service hours?
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. If you have an urgent issue outside these hours, send me a message — I’ll do my best to respond quickly.
9. How do I schedule an appointment?
You can use the contact form on my website, call, or email me directly. Once we talk through the details, we’ll set up a time that works for you.
10. Do you guarantee your work?
I stand behind the work I do. If something isn’t right, let me know — I’ll make it right or point you toward the best solution.

I can help with basic data recovery and security checks. For advanced recovery or high-security cases, I can connect you with a trusted specialist.
